Options
Ambiguity
resolution. Voxplorer Receptionist™ Enterprise detects
ambiguities when more than one person has the same name or when
different entries have identical phonetic transcriptions; ambiguities
are resolved by proposing the different alternatives to the caller;
Automated
Directory Updates. If a central directory already exists in
the organisation, this options allows to connect Voxplorer Receptionist™ Enterprise internal database to
connect and synchronnise with this directory. This option applies for standard databases
such as Lotus Domino and Microsoft Active Directory.
IVR-ACD-CRM-CALL CENTER integration. Voxplorer Receptionist™ Corporate can be integrated in all existing telephony
infrastructure to enhance telephony policy as a whole.
